Re: Can diet change help constant mouth ulcers?

I used to think these things were a vitamin C deficiency.

Megadosing vitamin C did not resolve the problem, however. Regular vitamin C intake did not resolve it, either.

Not sure where I got the idea.

Since I began taking multiminerals and digestive enzymes on a daily basis, however, I stopped getting cold sores and canker sores and other mouth sore (or sore mouth) phenomena. I used to get really tender spots on the roof of my mouth, even, and those no longer occur, either.

This was not an expected or intended result, but I used to have these problems regularly, and I no longer do, and the only thing that is different is diligent consumption of multiminerals and digestive enzymes.

Your mileage may vary.
