well...this phrase: "messed up" repeated twice, says a lot about what might be going on with your *programs*.

consider these like a tape someone put on--you or another-- that just loops and loops, or worse, is set so that "triggers" will get it going again.

Recognize anything here ?

what's wrong with you...

why bother, there's no point...

might as well give up, you'll never...(fill in the blanks)


The key can be that you 'catch' the tape
when it is "on". And hear the "You....."


That tells you it's an old tape.
Like making the outside the enemy. Very convenient.

You have to
SEE it
before you can
clear it.

then the work begins.

Maybe
removing "entities"

a la Andreas Moritz ..

maybe (no--for certain)
Big Time cleansing...

It could actually be quite simple,
and more to do with


cleansing...


forgiving the self...


etc.


I forgot to state one thing:
asking for forgiveness--not of your father, or some guy, or your mother, or some girl, but of the highest that you can imagine
seeing you. And still loving you. Someone who walks near you,
and is unconditional.

That IS they key here--I feel.
the *asking* activates the humility--the humility activates
the receptivity--the receptivity
activates the intuitive--the intuitive
activates the Holy.

The holy (wholly)--heals.

It's humbling and ennobling, both!
