don't GIVE UP!
Don't give up.
You can get through this and, in the end, you will be healthier than most people and have true long-term health.
Cravings can be unbearable sometimes. They can make you want to give up just as much as the health problems and detox symptoms do. I can tell by your previous posts that you are having problems with cravings. Doesn't everyone?

I also had unbearable cravings and I find this diet to be very helpful.
Essentially, you eat raw fruit in the morning, for lunch you have raw fruit/veggies or a few nuts. Then for dinner you can eat other things. You can start off by eating whatever you have been craving during the day for dinner, then you can slowly make your dinners more healthy. You get great health benefits because you are essentially doing raw food for 20 hours, but you also get the mental benefit of reducing cravings because during the day, you know you can "eat it later" and then when you actually do eat it, you will find that you need less and less unhealthy food to satisfy yourself. If you are at your wit's end, it's worth a try.
Good Luck,
Tina.
