Re: macular degenerationHi and sun-gazing: strangers?
So, is this right: you corrected your vision with the Bates exercises, and then stopped doing them? (and are back 'on' glasses?) From the amount I've read it seems as though you'd only have to do about five minutes a day, but you *do* have to continue (the exercises) Is that right? C
It took about 9 months to get my eye corrected, but I took the exercises to 1 year. After that, I went over ten years without eye exercises before I started having problems again. Yes, I do ware glasses today, from laziness....;-( But over the next two years I hope to change this.
The cool thing about Bates is it's not really a gradual process the entire time. Your vision will suddenly be ok, you will then freak out, the freak out stress will kick out the good vision.
These times of good vision get longer and longer. You come to realize that really good vision is all about being de-stressed. On the Retire Early forum I'm on, you wouldn't believe the number of people who retire and then come on and say “Hey! I no longer need my glasses” or “Not as much” just from being "job" de-stressed!
Had I continued the exercises a couple of times a week, I wouldn’t need glasses today, or it would have made me aware I needed to correct my diet or add supplements for getting older....;-)
Most copy places, Kinko’s and those of the same type can make large copies.

PS Good luck to you C!
