I had severe Acne for a number of years and I'm 99.9% that taking kelp supplements is what triggered it - excess Iodine will do that in some people, others will be fine on it... just use caution. I cleared my Acne completely with MSM:

I will agree with the rest of the posters though, cleaning up diet & lifestyle etc is always a good idea
