You are young and if
Acne is the only thing that is troubling you may only need to tweak your diet at this point.
Your body is dumping toxins into the skin as to keep up with waste removal from inner organs. This is saying that your putting more toxins than your body can healthly get rid of (via urine, bowels, respiration) all will resort to dumping waste on the skin (if your bowels movements aren't up to speed, waste removal will be backed up.
I would simply get rid of any processed food- focus on all natural food that you enjoy and this can be vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, nuts, seeds etc as long as you tolerate them. By removing those sugars,
preservatives , hormones,
Antibiotics found in processed food you will decrease your toxin load and may be enough to clear acne.
If this doesn't fully do the trick its possible you may need a some form of cleansing to bring waste removal process back up to speed; or you may have some form of dysbiosis meaning you might have continous supply of toxins in your digestive system from pathogens (all natural
Antibiotics and antifungals may help in this case, along with probiotics).
At this point I wouldn't get too caught up on supplementing anything or following any protocols at this point, just tweak your diet and see if it helps.
