It is absolutely true that three minutes is not adequate for the diagnosing of a mental disorder. From what you have shared it certainly sounds like you received very poor quality care. It is unusual for bipolar to start as late as age 30, as well. I need to leave to attend a funeral now, or I would write more. Take care.
