I bought the bone meal years ago. It just seemed to make more sense than Dolamite.
Then it was like, how do I take this stuff? I ended up putting it in bottled water and shaking it. Then I felt like I had a mouth full of grit.
I use coral calcium too. I think moreless explained why that won't work and I got a big lecture from my health food store about how it's not good. I think it works, but I can't prove it.
