Thank you for the link, Zoe. I remembered finallyfaith speaking of it beforehand, but as usual I could not find his original post.

Wheatgrass juice is something I was considering last night, in fact. I am not particularly interested in growing my own at this time, so perhaps I shall purchase a few trays and add the juice to my re-mineralisation program.
