I tend not to be too good with a lot of veg (and especially not fruit). When I eat them whole (cooked or uncooked) I tend to just get more hungry, faster, and my brain fog kicks in quicker. I am suspecting that
juicing the veg will also speed the whole process up (althoguh I guess if you add fibre it shouldn't).
When I did the detox last year, I mostly ate veg, brown rice and a small amount of fruit. The only good thing that happened was my sinus cleared up. My
Sugar levels however, felt all over the place - which caused all sorts of problems (mood swings being the primary one).
If I can get to a level where I am feeling (almost) normal, then I would be keen to try
juicing - to see what happened, but right now I really feel I need food that I process slowly, and food that doesn't empty too quick from my gut. The less times I eat, right now, the better.
