I also thought that eating is THE problem with your energy levels (digestion requires ALOT of energy from the body, that's why after anyone eats a good meal, they will often get tired). Try cutting out all (or most) solid food and instead get your nutrition from vegetable juices (very little digestion required and SUPERIOR nutrition). The only thing missing that you will need to add to your diet if you cut out solid food is FIBER (to keep your digestive tract in shape). There are two kinds of fiber, soluble and insoluble. Ideally, they must be balanced (the kind you buy at the supermarket is not IDEAL, it helps, but is probably better suited for general use). Freshly made juice is much healthier than canned juice because the ENZYMES are still alive, but canned is still very healthy also (especially V8 or Carrot juice).
