Re: Whew!
Thanks a lot for taking the time to write back to me. This forum is a great place for people to help each other and it certainly has got me to thinking that we as humans still have hope and are evolving, since we are still willing to give. :)
I tried your hugs suggestion. It was really helpful, I cried a lot, and was actually feeling that wounded child receiving the hug. Weird, but raelly good. I know I still have much hugs to give myself, and make up for the years that I didn't give them to me.
I haven't tried the shouting therapy either, not much of a yeller, but I might give it a try too.
I'm trying to build a healthy relationship with my kid, and my wife has been a great help to me in that regard. Always loving, always patient. Your insights in the matter are great and my baby has started to mimic some easy things we do :)
I actually haven't ever tried gardening, sometimes I trim the plants to my wife's insistance :) but caring for a plant, or vegetable, never. It might be a nice therapy, would you think?
Finally, I've tried some kinesiology, using my fingers, and my wife sometimes tries to pull down my arm to test stuff. Is there another method? Where can I learn about pendulum testing? I already have a quartz one.
Thanks for everything!
