Re: p.s.

Hon,

Are you a fella, or a girl?

The reason I ask is that, if you are a mom, and having pain after childbirth, there may be something physically wrong.

I am definitely NOT a gal who can tell you anything about pregnancy and birth. My son was adopted. The life change was mind-blowing, nonetheless. But I missed the whole pregnancy thing.

Fella or girl, are you completely confident there is nothing physically amiss?

As I understand it, some substances in food can cause aches, in some people. Really good muscle-testers can sometimes detect the area to be explored, but nothing beats your own intuition. You might benefit from pendulum testing yourself.

As for 'cleansing', the first time through can be an eye-opener, I believe, as you may feel both refreshed and toxic by turns.

I went at it gingerly, starting with colon cleansing by taking a magnesium powder formula with lemon juice, only as I felt I could tolerate it. There was no pain, thank goodness, but I had to stay near the bathroom for a few days at a time!

The powder puts oxygen into the bowel area and speeds things up. This cleansing also aids the liver, as I understand it, and it can even help cleanse too quickly...too much being released at once, I was told.

I still haven't done an actual 'flush', but stones have been passing simply from the combination of changes...better posture; lots of salads with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and the good salt; some coconut oil; less of the troublesome stuff. Some kelp with bites of food and slurps of water, from time to time, to enable me to drink more water.

See Invincible's recent post in the Lymph Cleansing forum. It's surprising, and helpful.

If your difficulties really are from mental/emotional sources, I'd like to suggest that they will resolve slowly, because slowly is best for you. Your total self is really smart! Why would your self dump a lot of stressful realizations on a body that is already stressed?

I favor the relaxed and interesting unfolding of feelings in the natural course of an unworried life. (That's a complex statement if I ever heard one!)

All I mean is to relax and have faith that all will be well, in time. I know it seems slow, but sometimes slow is better.

Your beautiful body knows exactly how to be well. Work with it, trust it. The mind is just the observer, the noticer. Real well-being comes from the body itself, from within each and every one of your trillion or so cells. Let it.

All my best, Gerry.
