Okay...for your emotional issues, I highly recommend the following.

-classical homeopathy
-flower essences
-eft
-tat
-being present and watching/witnessing your thoughts (more on this in Eckhart Tolle's work.
-meditation
-purposeful work based on your soul purpose (What jazzes you girl? Get to THAT)

The fact that you don't currently digest raw veggies yet indicates a low digestive fire and enzymatic inferiority. This will change over time. Keep at it. Suggestions:

Go completely raw vegan.

Utilize papya and pinapple.

Blend your veggies into raw soups (mono diet at first if necessary) and chew your soup well.

Utilize raw saurkraut, which will build a stronger digestive system.

Utilize good quality digestive enzymes and taper off as you build digestive efficiency.

As far as drying seeds, do you have a dehdrator? That would be a good approach.

A few tbs of flax seeds should be fine to take daily. Hemp seeds are even better but being in the US, you can't get non toxic ones. They neutralize them cause the government is fearful that people will grow hemp. Once they neutralize them they are toxic with no life force energy left. We don't have that problem here in Canada. It is locally grown too.

About the mold? Is this a possibility? Ear trouble is very common with mold issues internal and external.
