Re: natural healing for receding gums?

Hey Squeaky, I was wondering if you could give me more information regarding the oil swishing/pulling........what type of oil are you talking about? Also, the gum exercising......is there a specific name brand of the rubber thingy or the wooden instrument that you use for the exercise? can i purchase one the these rubber or wooden things at the local drug store?
