Hi,
I think you would be interested in 2 things.

1) White oak bark (herb), tightens gums. You might want to use Dr. Christopher's herbal teeth and gum powder, which contains this ingredient along with other good ingredients. I think you can google it to find out more, also there has been some interesting discussion in Ask Barefoot Herbalist about teeth.

2) Oil swishing/pulling. Basically you put some oil in your mouth and swish it around for about 10-15 minutes, spit it out and rinse the mouth. Whitens teeth, disinfects, great stuff.

Also, do you do gum exercise? If you don't, you should start. Besides flossing I think you need to get one of those rubber thingies that you put inbetween each tooth and wiggle around, or else those wooden dental sticks, you do the same thing.
