Here are the two books I recommend for you:
1) The Raw Gourmet by Nomi Shannon. It's a
gorgeous book about how to prepare delicious
raw food entrees. The book is full of marvelous photographs that show you exactly
what each dinner will look like after you
prepare it. If you're only going to get one
book, then choose The Raw Gourmet.
2) Living Foods For Optimum Health by Brian
Clement. Brian is the director of the Hippocrates Institute, a famous healing spa,
in West Palm Beach, Florida. His book is full
of information that everyone needs to know
about the value of living foods. And, yes,
there are chapters that just contain recipes.
This was a life-changing book for me.
Start with those two books, Minnie. I think
you'll be very pleased with both of them.
