I hope to be getting several hundred dollars bonus at work in March. I have been debating buying a home water distiller with part of that money. In my research I've read a lot of pro and con opinions about distilled water. Your method of remineralizing and revitalizing the fresh distilled water would seem to negate most of the objections of distilling. Thanks for even more to research and think about.
