Re: hopinso....
I tried to post a while ago and got knocked off line (puppy problems more than technical). Anyway I wanted to thank you for your very kind post. I feel so blessed by the many kind and generous people who are trying to help me find ease from this horrible pain. I have visited the Hallelujah Acres site you recommend and found the
juicing part of the diet quite interesting, however their supplements are far too expensive for me.
I know several older people who have that shaking problem. Three are two sisters and their younger brother from my church. They have been tested many times including for Parkinson's Disease. All three of them started with mild tremors and now that they are in their 70s shake quite badly. There was another pair of ladies, both now deceased, that had similar problems. There has to be a cause, and I would think a fairly common one. Since this is a very rural area I wonder if nerve damage from pesticides might be involved.
I was reading in a new book today that stated that doctors today try to cure a specific set of symptoms without looking at the body as a whole. Yet, holistic healing seems to take so long that few people have the patience to wait. I want healing instead of simpling "treating", but its so hard not to get discouraged.
I appreciate all you do to both help and educate people. Owen has proved to be a great blessing and support. I was so in awe of him when he was here the first time, I rarely corresponded with him. Now I am trying to go back and read his old posts.
