Re: Proper Lifestyle

I don't really have a choice with the Knonopin but I don't think that's the HUGE of the problem. Those might have been the initial tremors in my back but not the tremors all over my body, nausea, diarhea, weight loss, etc. That stuff is too recent - has to be the Effexor!

I ran out of my Klonopin, and because of no money to keep up COBRA, couldn't get it refilled. However, the Effexor was given to me by my Pain Doc in addition to the Hydrocodone. He said most people (including me) with chronic pain go into Depression at some point and that the Effexor would help with that. I was taking 75 mgs a day (2 37.5 mgs a day) when I quit. I just didn't feel like they were helping and my case will be settled soon, meaning I won't be getting any more meds so I figured I'd better start teaching myself how to cope without them.

I sincerely thank ya'll. I never would have guessed it was QUITTING those things that was causing all this misery!
