I would go with a healthy diet. I feel that the problem is based on acidosis which occurs when a person is making toxic lifestyle choices (coffee, smoking, poor food choices, etc). Symptoms such as muscle cramping are an indication of mineral loss due to acidosis. The only real and lasing method of correcting this problem is by observing proper habits. Eat an alkalinizing diet which includes lots of vegetables and fruits. Give up acid forming foods such as meat, dairy and grains.
Drink plenty of pure water. Give up the toxic habits.
Drugs are never a solution and only compound disease. They only attempt to mask symptoms and more often than not, compound problems. Properly prescribed pharmacueticals are the 3rd leading cause of death. Something to think about!
For now try some angstrom magnesium. This will tell you a great deal.
Proper lifestyle is everything....the rest is just fooling oneself.
