Re: Muscle Spasms - What's wrong?

Muscle spasms can be caused by intolerance of certain foods.

Those intolerances can be easily caused by caffeine.

After a lot of caffeine consumption, you wouldn't believe the sudden rush of pain, stress, racing heart that I get from just a few spoons of buckwheat.

Nowadays my muscles are twitching all the time and I can get seizures.

I'm allergic to almost everything I was taking/eating with the caffeine.

After eating brown rice and banana, both of which I'm allergic to, the next day I had small seizures.

NOT dehydration. food intolerance causes muscle spasms. Caffeine is cancer. Avoid it.

Also one day before the caffeine I ate excessive amounts of gluten, had gas and a new allergy to a supplement the next day. That was the first allergy to a supplement that I clearly noticed in my life.

I still have all of those allergies after 1.5 years and I've seen other people experience the same kind of allergies to foods or supplements and they seem to be uncurable.

Cheers.
