Nature and health

Reading the Bible has led me to some thoughts. If all the animals don't need supplements to stay alive and can eat and be healthy then why can't we? I mean it seems that even if we take supplements we can still be getting to much of this or that and deplete another vital nutrient. Since we don't all have labs to test our hair and blood - we seem to be hopelessly at risk. So here is my thougths again - it seems that something powerful is taking care of the animals as we don't seem to find them lacking such nutrition in the wild as much as they may be lacking food in general. So if they get food then that don't seem to be malnourished do they? So if there food is so good then maybe we should have wild habitats around us that we may eat of the wild around us that has adapted from the environment around us. Thereby eating of the produce that grows from the environment we live in.

My question for the team is - is there any resources on the net that are dedicated to these kinda nutrition of living off the local environmental produce and animal supplies?
