The only other thing I did at the time was stop drinking Cokes. However, I have to admit I fell off the wagon and now have the occasional pop, mostly for quick energy. My diet is mostly veggies, fruits and grains; some dairy and meat, but not a lot. To tell the truth, its been awful lately and my health has gone downhill again (but no reflux!) I am now in a clean up process. I am an emotional eater, and job stress almost took me back under, thankfully I am now eating much better and am trying to start over with a clean diet.
I have learned that all the cleanses, herbs and supplements out there are no substitute for proper diet. My mind knows that-I have to convince my heart to follow and stop rebelling.
