I think the reason why xanax was recommended, is because panic attacks could be the reason why she is having palpitations, fluttering and a racing heart. ( If I were you, I would not take xanax.)

The body reacts in so many different ways when it is full of chemicals and toxins. I also want to mention that parasites can cause these symptoms. It is time to change your life style….

Here are some measures to help decrease panic attacks: avoiding alcohol, caffeine, Sugar and food allergens, as well as consume B- vitamins from organic foods, calcium and magnesium. Also, stress management techniques like relaxation or breathing exercises, yoga, exercise and counseling are also helpful for reducing anxiety. I recommend you completely detoxify. I would not exercise too vigorously at first, but you can walk everyday to get you started.

For panic attacks ( if that is what you have- see the following. Also, try to get all your nutrition from juicing raw organic vegetables.
