Help For Quitting Smoking


There are several way to deal with this issue. Once you have made up your mind and gained resolve to quit once and for all, there are some good options to help.

NLP (neuro linguitic programming) is a great modality to help you shift focus.

EFT is another great way to help solve the underlying need to smoke.
TAT is one of my favorite modalities to help with change.


On the physical level, clay baths can be very beneficial in relieving the physical dependency.

And of course a good ol healing diet.
