Depending on your diet - of course you can. Plantation molasses is a good start - 1 tablespoon has 20% of your daily cal needs - in good form.

Look for whole foods - not 'enriched' ones on the list below. Items that are enriched are just like taking a calcium pill and usually have forms of calcium not readily utilized by the human body. This leads to kidney stones and other calcium adsorption issues.
