If I eliminate milk from my diet will I still get enough calcium for my bones ?? The reason I ask this question is because I have Acne and I wanted to see if my Acne improves if I stop using dairy products, but another concern of mine is my bone health will my bones get weaker because of less calcium.
Another thing I want to ask is can anyone give me a list dairy products I shouldn't eat and a list of good products that have calcium. The bigger picture is I want to begin cleansing my colon and parasites, Thanks Mike
