I have had a very traumatic childhood mixed with abuse and emotional neglect. I don't wnat to go into detail on a message board, but I do know that there are some things that I may need to deal with, and some people that I need to learn to forgive, before I can completely heal. I am dreading that aspect of the healing process.
I went to see a rolfer last year, and he said he could feel my emotions blocked. He said the emotion that I had stagnant in my body was grief. He had no knowledge of me at all. Can this be detected this way?
