Chinese Bitters & progesterone cream?

Greetings!
Last Tuesday and bought Chinese Bitters and Fem Mate from sensiblehealth.com. I feel like both are working because of the detox headache and the moodiness. Oddly, I'm seeing both of these as a very good sign!

I am planning a Liver Flush (my 6th) for Saturday night ( I hope this isn't too soon after taking the bitters)

I was wondering if using a natural progesterone cream in addition to the Fem Mate (and Chinese Bitters) would interfere, or hinder the effect.

Since all of my hormone levels are extremely low (pre-pubescent levels) and I have done everything (flushes, candida cleansing, balancing, parasite cleansing etc. acupuncture, reiki, obviously fixing my diet and exercise levels, taking all the proper suppliments, EFA's and a bunch of stuff that I forgot to mention already) over the past 18 months to get them working again, I want to give them a good kick start, since I am hoping to get pregnant in the next 6 months.

I would appreciate your opinion on this, what do you think - Chinese bitters, Fem Mate & natural progesterone cream is over kill -yes/no?
