Re: confused about sugar
Thank you. I did get on your websight. 90 days. I was hoping for less. I was thinking 30 days. But Im willing to try 90 if I can get myself to believe it is worth it. My fear is I will never like that junk again, like losing a friend. That is going to be my challenge. But Im going to try.
As for rice and beans. NOTHING gives me gas. However, I do have somewhat weak digestion. I avoid meat often just because it constipates me. My average healthy day is:
Breakfast- congee (basmati rice slow cooked all night with ghee), and goat yogurt plain.
snack-sprouted almonds or tamari pumpkin seeds, kyogreen, homemade veggie broth
lunch-spicy rice and beans and a chunk of raw goat cheese
dinner-almond butter and cucumber on ezekial tortilla shell, and a fresh veggy
I have tried to like eggs. I read if you cook the yolk you alter the protein. That is gross to me. So I make protein shakes with almond milk, raw eggs, and flaxseed. But the almond milk has cane sugar. So Im going to have to quit that one.
I think I know what to do now. Just need motivation from curezone proffessionals like yourself so I have solid reasons to do it.
