Once again, it really depends on your body. How do you do with beans? Are they a musical fruit for you or is your system able to process them through smoothly?

If you can't digest them well, best to stay away from them or stick with the ones that are easier to digest such as mung beans or aduki beans. Black beans and kidney beans on the other hand can be real gas producers.

Also notice if they are easier to digest in different forms. For example, some people have no problem digesting refriend beans that have been mashed up and undergone lenthgy cooking, but can't digest them whole.

Experiment with different beans and how they have been cooked to see how you do with them. The clearer and stronger your system gets, the easier it will be for you to digest beans and other foods that might have caused gas in the past.
