I think I posted here before about almond milk and rice milk. But Im still not clear about it. My regular flavor almond milk has evaporated cane sugar in it. I thought all along it was better than the amount of sugar in rice milk. Rice milk has no added sugar but is far higher in grams of sugar on the carton.
So if Im wanting to limit my sugar intake, is that 10 grams of sugar in my almond milk ok? I make a shake with eggs flaxseed and almond milk. Or would rice milk be better for me?
