thanks Kelly, Im really happy to see a forum on eating healthy. This is great! Last year I was able to cut WAY back on sugar. My goal this year is to totally kick my sugar habbit.
Here is my question-
I want to clean out my system of most processed and sugar filled foods. But I would like to enjoy a starbucks coffee with milk a couple times a week. How many weeks of no coffee, sugar, junk... would you recommend to clean out my system so my 2 coffees wont be a prblem for my body?
I have done 14 liver flushes and Im going to do the MC for a couple days. (I am too thin to do the entire 10 days so I break it up 2 days at a time).

One more thing- I LOVE beans. But I have read contradicting info on them. I dont like meat. Do you think beans and rice are a problem here? mostly for digestion?
