I have hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue. I had candida but thankfully i've dealt with it.
I've been trying magnesium citrate for insomnia, it helped slightly but not enough. I was taking 400mg. So then I bought magnesium citrate and calcium citrate combined and took 500mg:1000mg mag:cal. This didn't work well either.
Is there a better type of magnesium I can take to help me sleep? I don't understand what the different types mean (citrate, apsartate etc). I'm so desperate to be able to sleep, it's ruining my life.
