Just wanted to share with you what I posted above concerning Epsom Salts ...
My children's doctor told me to give my kids zinc along with B6 at night and it will help them sleep. The thing that I have found most helpful for my sons sleep has been 1 cup of Epsom Salts in a warm bath for 30 minutes. I've done this and they usualy ask to go to bed and a friend of mine has had the same effect on her sons. Also, my friend's son has asthma and he has not had any wheezing since doing this. This was mentioned in this article of mine and it seems to work.
