Re: All The Different Kinds Of C
Thanks Strider, I have read most of the messages on the "C" support forum, especially those by Owen, whose advice I trust. He was the one who got me started on the Sodium Ascorbate and I am generally happy with it. After reading so much about the other minerals. I was curious about taking them in ascorbate form, as you mentioned some of the formulas are quite expensive.
Just for the record, I am going to try the alkalizing drink too. Although I never could get satisfactory answers on how or even whether or not the drink could help my damaged nerves, I figure being as balanced as possible will help me heal. I finally found a source for the calcium hydroxide (food grade), in this rural area it used to be in every grocery store, but this year none of the chains are stocking it. The extreme pain and weakness I am experiencing is frightening, and I don't want to make it worse, so I am being very careful about what I should use and what I need to avoid. Hopefully, I have gathered enough information and sound advice to begin a focused program of recovery, however I am still gathering supplies and waiting for payday next week too.
