I try and have some fresh fruit every day and I bought a new supply of Emergen-C. So hopefully that, plus the sodium ascorbate is giving me enough and the correct kind of this essential vitamin. I am dealing with nerve damage from a spinal injury and want to be very careful to get all the healing nutrients I need without risking toxicity or anything that might be damaging. I have been researching natural health for years, but still feel like a beginner in many ways. Thanks to all of you for your answers and advice.
