My actual concern is that from what I've heard in the mainstream media is that they burn down the farms (Asia, Eastern Europe) when a chicken dies. I didn't know how far a fire would reach- to the property line of the farm, or are they burning whole regions? I wasn't worried about human infection, and I realized poultry infection in the US is a pretty remote possibility, but I also believe (not factual knowledge) that the USDA or someone similar could get a little crazy in the future and do something that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
