I think it's okay. I figure under the circumstances it's better that a boy/girl have one loving parent than none at all. Foster homes and orphanages are the worst of two evils, IMHO. Also, what if a rich single adult, one who is worth 10 million dollars, wanted to adopt. Money makes things a bit better. I'm sure no one on either side of the issue would dispute that. If Oprah or B.Gates, or Uma Thurman or Pat Sajak were singe and wanted to adopt a child they would have not problem with people being okay with it.
