I would say that all single people should be last in line after married couples. Every child DESERVES a mom and a dad. If single people really wanted children that bad, they should have probably thought of that before they decided to become/remain single.

There are probably worse things in the world than being the child of a single parent, but it's certainly not the ideal situation.
