I just read the viral cocktail "note" you posted.
I feel so much better knowing that the FDA is looking out for us. Jeeesh now what? I am beginning to think the organic food supply will be really just a joke soon too.
I wanted to tell you about maple rescue. It was made for kids to use when you want to give them a full dose of oregano. It tastes so good, really helps the body and well, I helped finish off our first bottle!
About feeling the cold and raw foods. I know what you mean about being cold and craving warmth. I wonder if the hemp seed oil/olive oil and heavy types of nuts/butters would help?
I am on a kind of raw foods high that makes me giggle when I think of how simple it all is. But I get tempted. A while back I caved and ate some cooked JUNK and had such a bad reaction to it I was amazed I ever survived on that kind of stuff. Then again, I tried some sproited bread that I toasted and added some olive oil too. My heart rate went up and I felt sluggish for days afterward. For me, wanting the cooked stuff is in my mind. It is not what my body wants at all. I try to ride out the cravings and eat a heavy fruit like dates wich are very warming/hot in the stomach. Maybe when I am working at 100% I will not be having such reaction to cooked foods, I do not know. For now I'm having a good time feeling good.
I do have detox type days and that's great too--they never last for long and I know my body is working hard to remove past junks.
