Let's talk about the "NeighborWatch Program."

Where do I begin.

Once upon a time working for the energy industry....

Back then, and this was ten years ago, the readings that were taken each month for gas and electric power usage were entered into an Enterprise Wide Resource System and processed. Think about what that would take - - from the meter reader reading your meter to getting your bill. The meter reading entries were entered into a vast computer system, bills were calculated, an address was printed on the bill with street location, name, energy sector by grid id, etc...., the bill was put into an envelope and mailed to your home, your place of residence, or a po box - - but they still had your service address.

Now, that's the good news. Behind the scenes in the world of computers, when the bills were calculated they looked at the last month's usage, compared it to this month's read and computed a difference. The computer also compared the amount for say, August 2006, with August, 2005, and August 2004, and August 2003 and... all the way back for 10 years for each and every particular residence. Now, the story gets even better, which is why I became a privacy consultant. Somewhere along the line of information flow, as a new family moves in, there are such questions as "And how many people will be living at the residence at this time?" Adults? Children? Pets? Types of lighting...etc.. In fact, a physical inspection of sorts is now often required - - at least to hook up to initial service or if you ever have to have service stopped and started. The companies now insist that THEY must light the pilot lights, etc.. (Ever hear of appliance checks - - especially for natural gas and propane companies - - when new appliances are hooked up?

What is the end result?

There are several.

First and foremost, which you recognized, is that an outside firm (be it a Maid service, Utility service, painting contractor, etc.) gets a good look at the inside of your home and the CONDITION of the inside of your home. Too dirty for an elderly person? Here comes ElderCare. Too dirty for a child? Here comes Child Welfare. Get my drift? Remember the gov is pushing the neighborhood watch program aka pre-Nazi Germany for anything that allows them to intercept.

Secondly, let's go back to those calculations. OK. so what you say. My bill goes up and down depending on the season - -furnace, air conditioning, etc..

Nein!

The programming looks at historical data month by month. And, not just for your family but for every family who has ever lived there as far back as their records go.
(They keep all the records, just have 10 years available on their system for immediate comparison. The rest is kept on backup tapes, which can be obtained and loaded in a heartbeat.)

Thus, knowing the condition of a home (super insulated, not insulated, etc...), one would expect to see data falling within certain norms MONTH BY MONTH for each year, factored by the number and ages of those within the dwelling.

Now, let's suppose you decide to start your own greenhouse and plug in, maybe 10 grow lights buried in a hole 20 feet underground with no windows and barely an access hole. ;)
You've just thrown your energy usage off the Richter scale.
Guaranteed, the meter reader will record the excess usage, the data will be entered into the system, the system will red line the information, a flag report will be produced and a no-knock will take place on your premise from several members of various agencies.

OK, so much for the energy companies.

Now, let's talk about other opportunities where your privacy can and has been specifically designed to be violated with detrimental results to you and your family.

As I was heading off into the sunset and leaving the corporate world, basic service folks were beginning to be trained at technical upgrade conferences and the like to REPORT on various things - - just another class to them to get their certificate of upgraded authenticity or whatever.

Maid services - conditon of home and tenants

Furnace/AC - conditon of appliances AND WHETHER OR NOT THEY COMPLIED WITH CURRENT ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS (the a/cs that used to be made in the us with freon based technology have been outlawed. third world countries are now manufacturing the a/c and the approved new goo that is used for cooling - thanks to the epa and ngos. The prices for an air conditioner has doubled last I checked because of this bullgoo!!

Inside repair folks. NEVER LEAVE THEM ALONE. not so much for the theft of valuables but rather for the tour that they will probably take to get the same type of information . There are actually "suspicious residence" forms that must be filed, similar to the new bank forms if you deposit/withdraw various amounts of money over a certain amount - - PATRIOT ACT.

The rest can go to hell and I'll do the work myself.

God forbid I have one too many animals, my hair's not fixed up, my mom stumbles, the pig's making an uproar (oh yeah, add PETA to the list of information gatherers), or an undocumented chicken squawks while laying an undocumented egg!!!!!!

Now, add gps, census information, etc... and you can see how the nwo web is tightening.

Makes one think twice before letting a seemingly innocous person into the privacy of your own home. Also, if you bring your child to the emergency room in the wee hours, the little one -NOT THE ADULT- is asked if they are in school. Little one's always speak their mind, proudly answering and not knowing the future dangers posed by a seemingly inncous question. Even the adult was caught off guard by this one. The little one is now taught that she is in such and such grade. No longer the sweet answer "I am Home Schooled." The little one doesn't have to lie, and I don't have to get written up in hospital notes as being one of "THOSE HOMESCHOOLERS."

You know, the ones that Homeland Security practiced arresting, as though homeschoolers would actually terrorize Public School children on a bus!

Wake up America.

Homeland Security Links Home Schoolers to Terrorists

Do you wonder why Homeland Security officials would sponsor an emergency preparedness drill that painted home schooling families as bomb-planting terrorists? We may never know the full answer, but recent history of "prevention" tactics and hostility toward traditional values exposes some frightening facts many Americans prefer to ignore.

The script for this disaster drill was written by Daniel Stout, chief deputy for emergency services with the Muskegon County Sheriff's Department. After choosing to label peaceable home schooling families (rather than Islamic radicals) as the terrorist killers, Stout was told that the event would be offensive -- but he chose to ignore the warning.

In a report titled "Homeschoolers Portrayed as "Terrorists," Michigan's Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) adds the following details:

"On Monday, September 20, the Muskegon Chronicle reported on a Department of Homeland Security sponsored terrorism drill involving the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District and the Muskegon County Emergency Services. A mock attack would occur on a public school bus. The simulated attack would come from a fictitious radical group called 'Wackos Against Schools and Education' who believe everyone should be homeschooled.

"We immediately called the Muskegon Chronicle and explained how this is offensive to millions of people who have chosen to exercise their right to homeschool. Homeschoolers have never committed violent acts against public schools or any terrorist acts. Comparing us to the most dangerous people in the world is a terrible insult and a travesty."[3]
