Re: removing metal
Dear toxicchick,
I can imagine that's it's difficult for you to know what works for you and what doesn't until you've tried them out.
My own reasons for ridding myself of metals were that I was concerned about birth defects.
As it gets colder, you'll experience more difficulty and toxicity since your bones will be asked to supply minerals to your body.
At that time, salt will be an ally and will help to purify the dirt that will be squeezed out by the cold.
In the summer salt will just dry you out but in the winter it can be quite cleansing.
Sea Salt and
Epsom Salts are both useful.
In the winter, kidney toning exercises are also advised. Now that it's the change of season, eat a few flowers on your salads.
When it's winter the enzymes from the flowers will help you to stay connected to nature via your stomach if toxins are making you crazy.
Adaptogens are also advised if your body's confused about the change in the mineral profile that it now needs.
Kind wishes,
