Right on. It isn't so much that you body gets confused, its that some chemicals cancel each other out. An even more significant mistake though is that when you do multiple therapies at once seldom if ever do you do all the necessary things that need to go along with each one, like making sure you are getting all the necessary cofactors. Further, when something goes wrong, you can’t isolate the cause. Since there is no definitive guide, it will take a lot of trial and error to fine tune your regimen (find the right brands and take the right quantities)..and that is enough work for one therapy.

Just take it easy. No of us will live for ever. One day at a time. Just enjoy today. If you can rent a movie called Ikiru, do it.

Guys, maybe you can give me a clue here, I feel like I’m in the dark. What is this glucosamine stuff? I am too busy to look into it right now.

As for NDF, I know little but looking at the challenge test results, looks good. Keep in mind though that the info is posted by the manufacturer. I doubt it is much better than unpolluted chlorella. The question is were can you get something like that...

I just recently got an idea that may really help us all. I am still considering how to implement it though.
