A minimum of 200 grams of Sodium Ascorbate must be IV'ed for any serious changes to occur and ideally 300 grams unless you have some hghly synergistic other compounds added. B17, Vit C will not correct Pancreas dysfunction or clean out a chemical pollution which is the only reason for any sort of bacterial, viral infection.
