Yes,The eat right for your type diet.
Thats how I got started towards the vegan diet.
When I found this web site and others I decided a vegan diet would be better.
This really happened after I found out my cancer spread to my brain.
And this diet is really hard,espeacially for a guy like me who was always cookig and eating meat.
I love that stuff,but if your not healthy its time for changes and these forums are a good place to vent and get support.
My tomor is in the left hemisphere of brain,I had no symptoms untill after radiostatic surgery but they were very mild slight headache and some mild dizziness,thats all gone now.
