Re: Vit C, Histamines, Oxidisation and Subclincal dehydration.

Ok, I read the article, and find the theory very interesting. I'll have to check it out more. Do you have any more links about it?
Now the dehydration problem is big with a lot of diseases I know. I also think you're right about big changes in people who start drinking large amounts of water that are dehydrated. Especially if its Ionized Water , with a high ph. I've seen this before. I didn't know water was a anti-histamine. I'm not sure what you meant by the statement "Now Vitamin C is an anti-histamine and look at some of the testimonies against pain with that, see the connection?" Are you saying there are a lot of testimonials about pain associated with taking vitamin C? I agree with your conclusion of not taking anti-histamines if you drink water and Vitamin C. Anti-histamines only cover up the symptoms anyway. I know since I've been drinking a lot of Ionized Water , my hayfever has decreased a lot, so you may have something there. I know before I started drinking the water, and breathed ozone and oxidized the histamines, I still had hayfever. Good info. though. Got me thinking now!
I agree with you on the whole body treatment too. Everything is linked together like links in a chain. There are more big problems going on with what people put in their systems like anti-biotics, antacids, or bad fats, and other relations besides the water/salt relation, which I'm sure you're aware of. Anyway time to go.
Take Care,
Gaylen
