I am so happy to hear you are cancer free! I know you will stay that way because it sounds as though you have changed your lifestyle. Congratulations.

May I ask what you did to get rid of the cancer? Did you do surgery, chemo etc? I am always curious what approach people take. It is a very personal choice and no matter what someone chooses they must believe in it. I believe it is 50% attitude and 50% method.

I do have my bad moments, my thoughts of never seeing my children again or not ever having a normal life.....but I only let them be moments and then I move on.

I will keep you posted on my progress. Today I start using the poultices....I am a bit scared but surviving cancer is not for the weak!
