Lisa, where are you girl!?? We need you! Your story sounds so familar. I too have many of the things you have mentioned except the bone loss. I am in the frustrated process of trying to find a good dentist who will use the correct protocol.
To the others who have responded, where are you in your journey now? I see it's been a couple months. Has anyone else called or gone to Dr. Burton?
